CVS and Lowes Foods

This morning I had to do a secret shop for breakfast so I decided since I had to drive 30 miles to get to that shop, I should do something else while I was in that town.
First I stopped at CVS and really had nothing in particular in mind. I ended up getting 2 packages of cotton balls, Lamisil foot spray, 2 dove shampoo and 3 excederin and spent $1.12 after a $4/$20 coupon, 3 $2 coupons excederin, $3 coupon for Dove and $1 crt. I got back $8.50 in ECB.
Then I did my secret shop. After that I went to Staples and spent too much money on business supplies (toner and 7 port hub), then went to look for a purse at Marshalls and Home Goods, and bought nothing. Then I went to Lowes Foods because I needed milk. I ended up getting 1 gallon of milk, 4 daisy sour cream, 1 bag cat treats and 1 bag cat food all for $1.01.

So now I have about $1 left of my grocery budget which is $200 bi monthly. This milk should get me through until the 15th. Also in the $200 amount, I was using it for my secret shops that I will be reimbursed for next month which is actually about $60. I am pretty impressed with myself.

We are going out to dinner tonight. Not my idea, my husbands.
