Well I had fed the cat the one day and she laid in the garage all morning. The kids and I went to Burger King (I had a coupon!) and we came back and she was gone. Alex printed up the fliers for us to put in peoples mailbox asking if she was any ones cat.
She hasn't been back. It is sad, because we were looking forward to her kittens. We were going to be foster parents, and then make arrangements for people to take the kittens. I even was going to bring her inside to see if Miss Macey (the cat confined to my room) would accept her but she hasn't been back. Alex and I have gone and looked for her at night calling "kitty, kitty" and we keep an eye out for her on the back patio too. We are sad she is gone, but I bet someone took her in. She was VERY pregnant, and I can't believe she wouldn't come back if she couldn't. She knew there was food out there for her and she had been by a few nights in a row. Oh well, it is probably better this way. Alex and I (the kids too) have really turned into major cat lovers. I can totally see ourselves having many cats if it were possible, and we would become the "Crazy Cat People" on Brookdale Lane. I have no problem with that, and neither does Alex. I think he was almost as worried as I was about this cat, that we call Molly.
