New Freezer

Last year before Thanksgiving HT had a sale on Turkeys, the frozen kind. They were something like $.49 a lb but it was 2 weeks before Thanksgiving they had this 3 day sale. Well, I sat down and did the math. I had to have about a 20lb turkey since we were hosting it. I would save $.80 a pound and there was no way a 20 lb turkey would fit in my freezer. So that weekend we grabbed our coupons and went to Home Depot. We had several coupons. I got a 5.5 cu ft small chest freezer and it was only costing us less than $100 after coupons and the fact I was saving money by buying my Turkey a few weeks ahead time.

Nearly 1 year later I have decided my freezer is too small. Coupled with the fact I hate digging in it, plus where we have it I can't get the lid open all the way. When I went to the store yesterday and loaded up on MORE Green Giant frozen veggies I decided I would have to rearrange my freezer so I could fit it in. I found stuff I forgot I had thrown down there. I had all these soft shapeless items at the bottom too, plus a Turkey and a Ham! I have now decided to sell the small freezer and buy a bigger UPRIGHT freezer.

Anyone need a small chest freezer?
