Since I was out....

Since I had to go out to Mooresville to pick up a piece of paper I figured I would swing by a few other stores too since I have to pass them on the way anyway.

My first stop was Walgreens. That $7.30 was just burning a hole in my pocket. I wanted to see what the FAR (Free After Rebate) items were. I was only interested in one. So I got
Loreal Cleanser -used a $2 Walgreens Q
2 Candy Corn (Those pigs have eaten almost ALL of what I bought the other day!) -$1/2 Wags Q
Total on Gift card $7.30
Total out of pocket $1.48
Will get $7.99 rebate

Next stop was Lowes Foods I did a total of 3 orders since I can only multiply 4Q in one transaction, plus it allows me to buy a LF item with each order and I get $.50 off each one item too. Also I returned 2 cans of Progresso Soup that someone said they hated and the sausage that was a different price on line. I got back $10.88

Total sum up of Lowes Foods...I got back $10.88 for returns, I paid $6.50 out of pocket (after using coupons including the catalina I earned) and I have a rebate if you buy 4 Kellogg's Shredded wheat you get a $10 coupon to use at that store.

Went across the street to Harris Teeter, last day of the Buy $15 worth of Klondike, Lipton, Knorr...sale get $5 coupon OYNO.
