Ok, So I PURPOSELY didn't post this week. I honestly felt like it was a waste of time. But I am being asked where my entries are so I guess I will go ahead and post a few deals I have done this week.
At Ht I got
21lb turkey @$.59 a lb with a $25 purchase
4 tidy cat
2 dozen eggs
2 pop tarts
1 Parmesan Cheese-We needed this desperately!
4 Cat treats
Total before coupons+specials $90.03
total HT specials, coupons+rain check savings- $51.58
Total Out of pocket $38.45
I know that seems like a lot for me...but I will also get a $10 rebate for that there turkey (making the turkey cost $.49 TOTAL!) I needed the cat litter that is what was expensive even after coupon it was still $4.99 each and I got 4 of them.
Went across the street to Rite Aid, kid needed rechargeable batteries.
Total $32.00
used $23.62 from gift card balance
oop $8.38
But I will get a $10 rebate for those batteries from Rite Aid
Went to Food Lion
10 Glade candles
5 Stove top stuffing
4 Wesson Oil
9 Birdseye Steamers
2 Quaker oatmeal (I had a hankering)
Total before MVP card and Coupons $122.29
total coupons, mvp savings $114.87
Total OOP $7.42
BUT! buying those 10 candles qualifies me for a rebate (along with 5 purchased yesterday) for $15
AND I also got 2 coupons for $4 off my next order totalling $8!
So to sum it up
I spent a total of $54.25
I will get $35 back in rebates
and I got $8 in off your next order coupons
NET $11.25
Also the batteries were a purchase for my kid that I am going to have him pay me the oop I had (which is still a savings to him).
