Free SOAP, COMBOS, GUM, SHAMPOO...

Oh boy that was fun! I took my little one with me and on the way driving around we discussed how he can make money and he is so on board!
First we went to CVS

5 Gillette Shampoo ($2/1Q)
5 Dove soap ($1/1Q) sale $.99

(Saved $37.40 ECB+ sales+coupons)
Paid $14.98 ($7.99+$2.00+$3.99)
Paid $.86 on my gift card
ZERO OUT OF POCKET!
Received $15 ECB back

Went to Rite Aid to try and use my gift of savings check. I have been reading that Rite Aid is not doing well and I have also noticed they have closed a few stores not that far away from me. If I use my Gift of Savings Check that is one less to have to worry about too.

7 Combos ($1/1Q) -sale $.97
1 Nestle Pure Life Water -REG $5.99
1 Crystal Lake Water -$4.99
1 Frutric Shampoo ($1/1Q) sale $2.99

(saved $18.00 in coupons and specials)

Paid with a $10 gift cerfiicate (gift of savings from December promo)
Paid $3.12 on gift card from RX transfer
ZERO OUT OF POCKET!

Went to Food Lion located in the same parking lot hoping to get more Combo coupons and some more free cereal. They were out of both! But I did find-

2 Extra Gum (Bogo Q) bogo sale $1.19/2
2 Altoids ($1/1Q) sale $.99
1 Oxy Pads ($1.50Q) sale $2.99

(saved $10.89 coupons and specials)
Total out of pocket $1.87

As if paying only $1.87 out of pocket wasn't enough!

Those bottled waters I will get a $10 rebate for (good way to get $10 in actual cash from my $10 Rite Aid only check).

Also those Gillette Shampoo put me over $50 for the P+G Year of Savings Rebate (supposed to be $120 worth of coupons)

The shampoo I will get $2.99 from Rite Aid rebates

Total spent $255.57
Total saved $897.13(coupons+gift cards used+ECB used)
Total spent buying coupons $44.96 (Extra papers + coupons from ebay)
Gift card/store credit/no minimum purchases required coupons totals-
Wags $5.87
Rite Aid-$17.24
CVS-$25.78
CVS ECB -$15.00
Dilworth Coffee $30.00
Lowes Home Improvement $43.55
Old Navy $10
