Love BiLo, Lowes Foods? Not so much...

First stop was BiLo, I honestly, NO KIDDING didn't want to have to go out today. I have gone out every day and I am just getting tired from shopping. But the manager said she would get 10 loaves of bread for me. So I had to go today to get them. I did 2 transactions.

Next was Lowes Foods. Man I am not a fan of theirs. They are not coupon friendly. You can only use FOUR of the same coupon (not only will only 4 double but they will only ACCEPT FOUR). Then she wouldn't let me use both of my $2 off meat coupons. I wasn't very happy. But they had the bread and I worked it out to be as cheap as they were going to let it be with what I had.

I also learned today at Petco (when I went to return some catfood that I was overcharged for) that they will price match. The signs in the store say Price Match ADVERTISED prices, BUT the girl told me that it doesn't have to be advertised and they don't even call to check (though they are supposed too). They also have a deal with the rewards card for every 10 bags you buy of the premium brands (as in NOT the kind that can be bought in the grocery store) you get the 11th bag for free (you get a coupon for a free one), kept track by brand. So that is good to know, because my local pet store has cheaper prices BUT they don't seem to be too willing to order the kinds that Petco has (same brands that they already carry but different flavors/types). So that is good to know.
