I have looked at your abbreviation list and have a question. What is a flip?

A FLIP is a Food Lion Internet Printable coupon. If you go to Hotcouponworld.com and go to Food Lion there is a post that has all fo the Flips that are not expired on it. You can see what coupons are offered and press the link to print. If you sign up with Food Lion they will send you ONE set of flips every week to print. If you go to a place like HCW members who received the different flips post them so you have access to all that Food Lion sent out. I am not sure how they pick who gets what flips. Usually they include both store brand and the major brands. Like this past week was Ragu and Food Lion Pasta sauce and Kelloggs Cereals and Food Lion brand cereals.
