Walgreens and Harris Teeter

Since I had to go to the dentist this morning, I figured I would go ahead and hit Walgreens and Ht that are on the way anyway.


My first stop was Walgreens, I did 3 transactions altogether-


4 Starbucks Chocolate ($1/1Q+$6/2 ESQ)$5.99
18 Hershey Bars (bogoQ+Bogo StoreQ) reg $.50 and $.89
8 2ltr Soda ($1/2 on 4 of them) sale $1.25 (supposed to get $2 register reward for 4 purchased)
1 Excederin ($1/1Q) sale $1.99 (get $1 Register reward after purchase)
1 Valentine day hearts sale $.10


Used $1 RR to help pay
Did not get my $2 rr and manager refused to give it to me because I used coupons (BULL!)
Didn't get my $2 RR on second transaction with NO coupon used, Manager gave me that $2


Put $19.13 on GC
Paid $1.92 in cash
Refunded $4.19


I must remind myself this is why I don't like Walgreens. If something doesn't work out the way the ad says it should, then it is because you used coupons. That is always the answer!
