What to do with this Cheap Target meat?

BEEF STROGANOFF
And best of all it uses items from my stockpile that were cheap or free.
Dinner tonight cost less than $2 and that feeds 6!

2lbs chuck cut into 2 inch strips (it was 2 packs, a little over 2lbs)
1 onion cut (from my FREE 3# bag)
4T flour (from my $.99 5# bag)
2T butter (from my 1# box LOL for $.89)
1 Packet Lipton Onion soup mix ($.38 for 2 packets)
2 C water1t mustard (from free bottle of Frenches)
1/2 C white wine ($3.50 for the bottle)
1/2 c sour cream (free Daisy)
Noodles (No Yolks -Free)

Brown meat and onions in butter. Add flour, water, mustard and soup mix. Cook for 1 hour or more. Add wine and cook for a bit longer. Right before your ready to serve add the sour cream.

Serve over noodles

I served this with some Green Giant Steam Fresh Mix Veggies (FREE)....Sometimes I don't like to cook, but when I can sit down and figure out how CHEAP dinner was it is a great feeling!
