Day ONE of triples at Harris Teeter

I left the house as soon as #3 got on the bus. I went to my Local HT to get refrigerated items first so I could drop them off at my house before going to hit the other 3 HTs I planned on hitting, I also went to Lowes Foods to get a couple of things. My mom likes this salad they have so I got it for her since she is coming today.

So total OOP for me was $41.75

One thing I definately noticed today, there were a LOT more couponers out there. I have never seen that many during triples before. And I mean serious ones. Most of them had binders, not just those small little plastic things they they sell in the supermarkets for coupons. Some BIG binders (not my orgainzer of choice) too.

And in case anyone wonders I do not just HOARD everything (ok, I think I do hoard some), I do give coupons away when I am in the store shopping. Today I gave away some Oatmeal Q (flavored) that we won't use and the other day I gave away some soup Q too. I also put them on the shelves hoping someone else can use them. What I DO NOT do is put expireds on the shelf. I hate when people do that! Any Expireds I find (which I always find them) in my box I put in my pocket and throw in the trash can when I find one.
