Eye Dr Appointment South of the City

My youngest had an eye doctor appointment south east of the city, I live north west, so it was a good distance away. Since this doctor is way down there why not hit some stores on the way?


My first stop was Lowes Foods-BOGO Electrsol is what made me get there first thing.

I did 4 orders and totally flubbed up bought something that I thought was cheaper (buy 2/3) and I had to return them...so my total is out of whack.

I think I was overcharged for the Altoids, they should have been $.99 but weren't.

Then we went to his Eye Doctor. Knowing this person is ALWAYS behind, a 1 hour wait is normal for her (but worth in IMO) I brought in my coupon box. I got all of them filed (I didn't do this past Sunday's) and started to clean out expireds. I also found a rebate for Windex that is BOGO at HT and a rebate form for the Orajel I bought yesterday so yesterdays deals are even better!



Hit a Harris Teeter when I remembered that Windex is BOGO and I have a REBATE!!! The first one we went to I found some wine tags (no I do not take them all unless there is only one or two left). The second one I went ahead and purchased

The nice thing is the Windex is a rebate item. I made sure to scan my card last so the $3.99 is alone at the top....MONEY MAKER!

I also just found a rebate for $5 for taking my kid to the doctor and buying 2 different Lysol products, the neat thing is it started last year 1-1-08 so all I have to do is find the receipt from my Lysol Wipes that I got for FREE during triples and my free after coupon Lysol toliet bowl cleaner for a different trip....COOL! So today alone I am submittig $16.99 in rebates
